You might not recognize Harold Arlen's name, but you will be sure to recognize his songs. He has collaborated with some of the best known lyricists ever, including Johnny Mercer, Ira Gershwin, and E.Y. Harburg. The latter partnership brought us the unforgettable "Ding-Dong! The Witch Is Dead", "Over The Rainbow", and other favorites from "The Wizard Of Oz".
