It includes a step-by-step breakdown of the band's guitar styles as analyzed and transcribed by well-known guitarist Wolf Marshall. The book begins with a lengthy introduction on the unique sound the Beatles achieved during their live performances and on their recordings, including discussions on the types of guitars, amps, gear and production techniques used to achieve that special sound. Commentary on the creative process of each of the Beatles albums is also featured in the book. Included is a CD that features studies and playalong tracks to all the notated music in the book!
