This Christmas collection from the popular "Take the Lead" series allows you to be the featured soloist on eight specially recorded arrangements. Among the highlights of this series is superb CD accompaniment that includes both the full backings to play along with and full demonstration tracks to help you learn the songs. And don't forget the eight carefully selected and edited arrangements of your favorite holiday songs. "Take The Lead" is an integrated series for flute, clarinet, alto saxophone, tenor saxophone, violin, piano, and drums. In each edition, all songs are in the same concert pitch key, so the different instruments can play together.
About the CD: Each track is on the CD two times, one time with melody for practice, and another time without for performance. The accompaniments are of beautiful quality and are in full band arrangement.
