Kononklijke Harmonie is one of the top performing ensembles in the Netherlands. They are a very versatile group. They perform as a large ensemble, as well as trios, quartets, choirs and other settings. The four works on this CD were composed by Strauss, Villa-Lobos, Piazzolla, and Kodaly. This music is not performed very often so to have it all in one collection is unique. This CD is a must for all wind band lovers.
