The Moody Blues put themselves on the map with this classic rock ballad. "Nights In White Satin" is beautifully arranged here to feature a trumpet solo at the start followed by a dramatic building segment. The woodwinds have a brief feature section then the piece builds to a strong close. This is a great piece for either marching band or pep band!
