While the title is certainly a bit confusing, the format of this music isn't. A solo part is provided (for English horn, or any instrument really) that is in concert pitch. In addition to the solo part, a very basic orchestral reduction is provided. The reduction consists of Violin 1, Violin 2, Viola, Cello, and Bass.
