Jim Nichols has been a part of the jazz guitar scene for over four decades. He has performed with artists such as Joe Pass, Toots Thielemans, Buddy Montgomery, Chet Atkins, Art Pepper, Julio Iglesias, Hubert Laws, Della Reese, Martin Taylor, Kenny Rankin and many more. Jims music has taken him to the stages of Carnegie Hall, the Tonight Show and the Olympia Theater in Paris. In June 1997, Jim was a featured artist at the 18th annual Django Reinhardt Festival. In this 94-minute DVD Jim shares his insights on Fingerstyle Jazz Guitar. He is a master of this style. A booklet available for download contains notation and tablature for exercises 26-45 plus the solo 'Blues for John'.
