Jacob De Haan is one of the finest composers in the Netherlands. His music has been performed and recorded all around the world. In 2003, De Haan had dinner at the Everest Restaurant in downtown Chicago, IL. After the wonderful dinner he decided to write a march for the restaurant, and here it is. This wonderful upbeat march depicts the hustle and bustle of Chicago. It will present a nice challenge for your ensemble because of the interesting rhythms that De Haan has incorporated. Add this little march to your next concert.
