Billy Ward, a phenomenally talented player, worthy of much wider recognition, Billy plays with two tracks from his acclaimed CD, "Two Hands Clapping," and talks about developing a groove, the drums asa melodic instrument, unconventional technique and more.
Hilary Jones, a drummer of incredible depth and range, plays a beautiful solo piece, performs with an exciting rhythm track, and talks about playing with a linear approach.
Vinnie Colaiuta and Karizma: Vinnie is truly a drummer's drummer and a musician with unsurpassed creativity, imagination and technique. For Modern Drummer Festival 2000, he brought a group with him of some of the finest players in the country: David Garfield, Michael Landau, and Neil Stubenhaus. They perform three songs comprising over 25 minutes of incredible music for this video. Also includes interview footage. Total running time is 90 minutes.
This VHS Video is in NTSC format, and will play only in US and Canadian VCR's.
