Part 2 consists of (6) B flat clarinet/B flat trumpet, (2) E flat alto saxophone and (4) violin. Part 3 consists of (4) B flat clarinet, (2) B flat tenor saxophone, (2) E flat alto saxophone/E flat alto clarinet, (2) F horn, (2) violin and (4) viola. Part 4 consists of (4) B flat tenor saxophone/baritone T.C., (2) F horn, (4) trombone/baritone B.C./bassoon and (2) cello. Part 5 consists of (2) B flat bass clarinet, (4) trombone/baritone B.C./bassoon, (2) baritone T.C., (2) cello, (2) E flat baritone saxophone, (4) tuba and (2) string bass/electric bass. The string bass part is labeled "String Bass/Electric Bass". The 1st percussion part is labeled "Optional Drum Set". The 2nd percussion part is for tambourine and suspended cymbal. The mallet percussion part is for bells.
The song "Disco Lives" is a medley made of these songs: "Stayin' Alive," "I Will Survive" and "Y.M.C.A."
