This book/CD package consists of a printed music score and two compact discs which include three versions of each song from the book. The first version is a complete version with soloist, that you can practice along with. The second version is a full stereo orchestral accompaniment, minus the soloist, that you will use for performances! The third version is a practice track at a twenty percent slower tempo, designed to make learning easier.

There are three versions of each song on the CDs. The first version is a complete demonstration version that includes both accompaniment and lead violin, the second version a play-along version minus lead violin at a normal tempo and the third version is a play-along version minus lead violin at a slow tempo. Each of the songs has been split among multiple tracks. Track 22 on disc one and track 1 on disc two are both tuning tracks.
