The "Etling String Class Method, Book 2" is intended to prepare the second year student for orchestra membership, particularly from the standpoint of rhythms, keys, and an introduction to the positions that will be encountered in easy orchestra literature. Most of the information that is often found in Book 3 string method books is condensed into this book. The key of D is reviewed, and G, C, F and B flat are introduced.
