| | Allen Krantz - Summer Music "Summer Music" was written for flute (or violin) and guitar for an annual summer music festival in Philadelphia in 1992. With an American style and pastoral character, it includes a short prelude, a dance, and a gently rocking lullaby. It concludes with a movement in a concise sonata form. This graceful and melodic piece was composed by Allen Krantz, head of the guitar program at Temple University.
