First performed by a symphonic band at a concert at Mount Rushmore, it is easy to see where the musical influence of this piece came from. The majestic feel of "Rushmore" represents the great heroes carved into the mountain. Many royal sounding fanfares combine with melodies from "America, The Beautiful" to form a musical work that will show off all of your band's talent. This piece is outstanding.
