As in the old saying "You can't judge a book by its cover", you can't judge a song by its title, particularly if you aren't familiar with the composer and you don't speak the language. Some of these tunes are likened to those of Mozart, and Podgornov has included lots of styles in these songs. Some sound classical, others rather jazzy and there is some ragtime music, too. The hope here is that everyone: children learning to play and beginning adults as well, will find something here for themselves.
