Count Basie & His Orchestra were one of the most admired big bands. This fun to play music will have you playing the Savoy or Apollo Theater with the Count, himself. This collection features 10 songs for you to learn and enjoy, no matter what instrument you play. Parts have been included for B flat, E flat, and C (both treble and bass) instruments.
For study, each song includes a split track with: melody cue with proper style and inflection, professional rhythm tracks, choruses for soloing, removable bass part, and removable piano part. For performance, each song also has an additional full stereo accompaniment track (no melody), and additional choruses for soloing.
