Born in Italy in the year 1782, this romantic violinist and composer went on to write themes used by such great composers as Brahms, Rachmaninoff, and Andrew Lloyd Webber. This piece, transcribed for classical guitar, was later popularized in an arrangement for pianos by the late composer, Franz Liszt. Another great find from the Kalmus Classic Editions!
