Each hymn is given in the most common traditional key, and is ideal for use in conjunction with congregations, choirs or organists. Each song includes a melody part, harmony part and descant part. With one trumpet is used, it is recommended to play the descant on some verses and the melody on others. With two trumpets, have one play the melody and the other alternate between descant and harmony. With three trumpets, play all three parts.
